Dog Walking FAQs
We know you have a lot of questions about Evergreen Paws, who will be walking your dog, and what we do to provide the best service possible to you and your pup. Do you have a mobile app? Can I schedule online too?
Yes and Yes! We have an amazing mobile app! It allows you to schedule walks, manage and pay invoices, text with your walker, and view your daily walk report card from your phone. You can also sign in online to our easy-to-use online client portal with all the same capabilities.

Will you let me know how the walk went?
After each walk your walker will send you a daily report card. This includes a note about how the walk went, photos, GPS tracking, potty activity, and any feedings or medicine administration.
Will you watch my dog while I'm out of town?
We provide overnight sitting at your home. Currently, we do not board pets in our own homes.
Will you also take care of my cat?
We'd love to! We'll take care of your cat and any other pets you have as well.
How do I cancel a service?
You can request a change or cancellation to your services in your client portal, or you can email or text. You can cancel up until 7am the day of the walk with no penalties. If you cancel after 7am, you will be charged for the walk.
Do you administer medication?
We administer medication to cooperative pets. There is no extra fee for medications.
